\(4ab=5x-6ab-4x\) 

\(4ab=x-6ab\) 

\(4ab+6ab=x\)

4x + 4ab = 5x - 6ab    Subtract 4ab from both sides
          4x = 5x - 10ab   Subtract 5x from both sides
         -1x =  -10ab         Divide both sides by -1
