subtract 2x from both sides :

2 x - 5y - 2 x = 10 - 2 x

Refine =>  = - 5 y = 10 - 2 x

Divide both sides by -5 :

- 5y / 5 = 10 - 2x / -5

Refine:

y = -  -2x + 10 / 5
