leaving 33/60
33/60 = 55%

so 55% of what number is 3300
0.55x = 3300
x = 3300/0.55
x = 6000

45% of 6000 = 0.45(6000) = 2700
55% of 6000 = 0.55(6000) = 3300

monthly salary for the teacher is $6000...but I really don't think teacher make that much..lol
