2)4x+7(greater to or equal to) 11

3)-13x<52

4)7m-3m(Greater to or equal to)-4

    10 + 4y - 10 < 18 - 10        [subtact 10 from both sides]
    4y < 8
    4y / 4 < 8 / 4                      [divide both sides by 4]
    y < 2
