The surface area is all the areas of the faces added together ->

There are three different faces that occur twice

length -> l
width -> w
height ->h

2( l w ) + 2( l h ) + ( w h )

2 ( 10 4.5 ) + 2 ( 10 8.75 ) + 2 ( 4.5 8.75 ) = 343.75 cm2
