If angle E measures (7x -12)º, what is the measure of its complement?

A(7x-192)
B(102-7x)
C(192-7x)
D(7x-102)

I don't know how to solve this! Can someone help explain it?

a complement angle mean that make with angle E together 90 degrees 

7x-12 + angle complement = 90 

angle complement = 90 -(7x-12)

angle complement = 90 -7x +12

angle complement = 102 -7x 

so choice b. is right sure
