The statement is false. Body image is physical. Self image as a whole would include level of intelligence.

The statement; "a complete definition of body image includes how intelligent one believes him or herself to be" is false.

The term "body image" refers to how a person sees his or her own body. The term concerns itself mostly with aesthetics, that is, the physical appearance and beauty of the body.

The term does not include the cognitive aspects of a person such as intelligence. Hence the statement; "a complete definition of body image includes how intelligent one believes him or herself to be" is false.
