Okay well the 4 is in the tenths place so that tells us it is over 10. 24/10 is the fraction but we must make it mixed. 10 goes into 24....2 times with a remainder of 4. So that would be 2 and 4/ 10.... If you wanted it simplified it would be 2 and 2/5
