If we take all the possible flip combos: HHH, HHT, HTH, HTT, THH, THT, TTH, TTT and find all the ones that fit the conditions(result of 1 head and 2 tails): HTT, TTH, THT we get a ratio of 3/8. If you divide 3 by 8 you get 0.375, which is option B.  If you have any questions, pls tell me!
