(f(a+h) - f(a))/h
= ([10(a+h)^2 + (a+h)] - [10a^2 + a])/h
= (10a^2 + 20ah + 10h^2 + a + h - 10a^2 - a)/h
= (20ah + 10h^2 + h)/h
= 20a + 10h + 1
