New Mexico tourism campaign featuring ugly aliens draws critics. The major complaint about the aliens used in this ad campaign  is because they are calling aliens ugly. It is not fair that people are discriminating aliens that are not even doing anything bad against us.

Answer:

The major complaint about the aliens is their appearance. The aliens' appearance are realistic and harsh, which contrasts to the beliefs that their intended audience has.
