The type of writing that is most similar to an autobiography is D. Memoir.

An autobiography is an account of the life of the person that is writing it. It tends to focus on the events in the life of the writer and, it is generally a subjective recollection of events since it offers the possibility of recreating history.

A memoir, which comes from the French word mémoire, is very similar to an autobiography. However, this type of writing tends to be more intimate and generally focuses on feelings and emotions of the writer about particular events of his or her life.
