There are 37 students in a class. Students go to science lab in groups that contain no more than 7 students. Make a model to show the fewest number of science lab groups that will need to be formed with these 37 students.
Well, Brainly does not have the ability to make models, yet. ;)
So I will try to answer this problem the best I can.
I'm having trouble, though.
I know that 6 times 6 is equal to 36.
And that's the closet I can get to 37 without going over.
So, I'm gonna go with the answer of 6.
The fewest number of lab groups you can make is 6 groups. 5 are with 7 students and the last one is with 2 students. You can easily divide 37/7 and find the answer. The model could be is making six circles and put 7 squares in 5 and 2 squares in 1.
