lets consider width=w
 so, length = w+40
area = lengthwidth=6000
(w+40)w=6000
w^2 +40w-6000=0;
w^2+(100w-60w) -6000=0
(w^2 + 100w) - (60*w+6000)=0
w(w+100)-60(w+100)=0
(w+100)(w-60)=0
w=60, because width will not be '-100'
w=60 and L=60+40=100
