A. W = -7
|-7 - 3| = |-10| ≠ 7

B. X = -4
|-4 - 3| = |-7| = 7

C. Y = 4
|4 - 3| = |1| ≠ 7

D. Z = 10
|10 - 3| = |7| = 7

Points X and Z are 7 units from point V; in fact, points X and Z are the only points at a distance of 7 units from point V.
