how can we tell if a number is divisible by 4
if a number ends in a two digit number that is divisible by 4 then the who number is divisible by 4. eg: 608, 728because 08 is divisble by 4 then so is 608 and the same for 28 and 728
The last two digits of the number are divisible by 4.
