When formatting your resume, it is important to order the content logically, make the overall design appealing, and ensure the grammar and spelling is flawless. The correct answer is D) all of the above.
A resume needs to be something that can be read at a quick glance but also contain an appealing list of qualifications for a prospective employer. The content must be ordered logically. This may vary depending on the job. Contact information should always be at the top. Many positions would want experience to be next. It's also important to make the overall design appealing. Just having the resume look like a quickly typed word document does not show care or thought. The resume seems to be quickly done and may give the impression that the prospective employee does not care about the job. It is also important to have perfect spelling and grammar. Small mistakes portray the person as careless or uneducated.
