I suppose the 2th equation is 2x-3y+4=0

5x-2y=1 ........|2        | 3
2x-3y=-4....... |(-5)    | -2
==> -4y+15y=2+20==>11y=22==>y=2
and 15x-4x=3+8 ==>11x=11 ==>x=1
Proof:
