The statement that meditation is only effective when sitting in the lotus position is false. Meditation is a practice of training the mind, directing thoughts and wishes. This practice is often done while sitting in the lotus position. However, meditation can be done also while regular witting, running...or any other position of the body.

The statement that all drugs that are capable of producing an altered state are illegal is false. Drugs which are capable of producing an altered state can be also used for legal and medicine purposes.
