Letter A is the correct answer.

According to the Iroquois Constitution, a good leader has to be patient and selfless. Letters B, C and D are incorrect because self-interest, anger and strong emotions are not well-seen in the Iroquois Constitution. In fact, the Iroquois Constitution establishes that "self-interest shall be cast into oblivion", "endless patience shall be tempered with tenderness", and there is no room from strong emotions but a heart filled with peace and good.
