Let the equation of the line be: y = mx + c
Since m is the gradient, m = 3/4
∴ y = \(\frac{3}{4}\) + c
c is the y-intercept, and to find it, substitute the coordinate (1, 1) into the equation:
1 = \(\frac{3}{4}\) × 1 + c
c = 1 - \(\frac{3}{4}\)
c = \(\frac{1}{4}\)
∴ y = \(\frac{3}{4}\)x + \(\frac{1}{4}\)

I hope the calculations are correct...
