To find value of n, we have to have only one n of the RHS.
To do this, we can multiply both sides by 8
\(40= \frac{-5n}{8}\) /*8
\(320=-5n\)
Now we can divide both sides by -5
\(320=-5n\)  / :(-5)
\(-64=n\)

Result is -64
