The correct answer is (d.) 1965. It was the year 1965 where the cigarette packs were made to include the health warning labels that were also mentioned the Surgeon General. It has even passed as an act of the United States Congress which is called Cigarette Labeling and Advertising Act of 1966 and but started on July 1, 1965.

The answer is "c. 1969".

Tobacco package cautioning messages are warning messages that show up on the bundling of cigarettes and other tobacco items concerning their health impacts. They have been actualized with an end goal to upgrade general society's consciousness of the unsafe impacts of smoking. In 1969 Congress passed the Public Health Cigarette Smoking Act (Public Law 91– 222), which precluded cigarette publicizing on TV and radio and required that every cigarette bundle contain the label "Warning: The Surgeon General Has Determined That Cigarette Smoking Is Dangerous to Your Health."
