fin the bottom half by multiplying 10 by 20 which gives you 200 then find the top half with the formula for a trapezium so it would be 2x (1/2(14+20)) in this case the 2 and the half cancel eachother out so you end up with 34. then add the 2 halves together so 34+200=234 and theres your answer
