Explanation

Frederick Douglass (1818 to 1895), Harriet Beecher (1811 - 1896) and William Lloyd Garrison (1805 - 1879) were leaders of the abolitionist movement in the United States in the context of the war of secession where the issue of slavery was in dispute. Their principal activities related to the activism, battle, and diffusion of the abolition of slavery and human rights. So, the correct answer is C. The abolition of slavery.
