First muliply everything by 20x to get rid of the denominator
\(\frac{20x}{4x}\)=\(\frac{20x}{20x}\) \(+20x\)
=\(5= 1 + 20x\)
=\(4=20x\)
=\(x= \frac{1}{5}\)
