BA baby has it's mother's hair and eye color
The reason for this is, well, heredity is the passing of traits from parents to offspring. So, a black cat blending into it's environment at night simply does not have much to do with heredity. But a baby inheriting it's mother's eye color and hair color is definitely heredity, for it was inherited.
