Change either of them to the same unit to compare
For example:
which is larger 10 cm or 3 m?
These are 2 different lengths measured in two different size units.
m  ⇒  cm
1 m  ⇒  100 cm
3 m  ⇒   300 cm

So, 300 cm is greater than 10 cm
