The correct answer is C.

A personal computer is a multi-purpose computer that is intended to be used at home. In order for a personal computer to work, an operating system is needed that makes all the operations possible and doable.

Bill Gates is the principal founder of the Microsoft Corporation, which is the world's largest PC software company. He worked closely with Paul Allen and together they created the first computer operating system available to each individual.

Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs were the founders of Apple, the world's largest information technology company. Their operating system is used by millions of users every day and they revolutionized the development of personal computers in the 1970's and 1980's.
