your answer is 3/5b + 79.50 = 132.50.
3/5b +79.50 = what - like an algebra question solve for b.
3/5b +79.50 = -79.50
         - 79.50
3/5b = 79.50
5/3 x 3/5 b = 79.50 x 5/3
b - 79.50/1 x 5/3 = 397.50/3
