so assumignt that it is
\(( x^{5/4})( x^{1/2})\)
remember that
\(( x^{m} )( x^{n})=x^{m+n}\) so
first make 1/2 into 2/4

\(( x^{5/4} )( x^{2/4})=x^{5/4+2/4}=x^{7/4}\)

answer is x^(7/4) or \(\sqrt[4]{x^{7}}=x \sqrt[4]{x^{3}}\)
