Ca(OH)2 is added to a large beaker of water. How is the solution different from the original water?
The solution is different from
the original water when Ca(OH)2 is added to a large beaker of water because you
are placing Ca2+ and OH- ions into the water solution. It would not be the same
with the original water because it has other ions in it that forms a mixture of
both compounds.
