he answer is D.2/5
the half of 8 is 4 and we have 7/8 which is by 3 bigger.
the half of 6 is 3 
and if you turn 3/5 to 10 ths you get 6/10 it also passes 
but 2/5 to 10th it's 4/10 it's 1 10th small
