add zero to the denominator and numerator =
= 20/100 
= 20 
the put the decimal in front of the 20 
so the answer is .20

to make it simple multiply the fraction by 2
(1/5 x 2)
that would be 2/10
add zero to both the denom.and nurm
you will get 20/100
put a decimal before 20
