The correct answer to this open question is B) European leaders rejected most of Wilson’s points immediately.

European leaders responded to President Wilson’s Fourteen Points at the signing of the Treaty of Versailles in the following way: European leaders rejected most of Wilson’s points immediately.

At the Paris Peace Conference in Versailles Palace, France, the European countries practically ignored the 14 points stated by US President Woodrow Wilson for one simple reason. European countries not only wanted peace but revenge. They demanded retribution. That is why they forced Germany to pay reparations for all the damage caused in World War 1. The participants of the Conference were the leaders of these four countries: David Lloyd George (England), Woodrow Wilson (US), Vottorio Orlando (Italy), and Geroge Clemenceau (France).
